How long will it take to ship my order?

Your order will be packed after your payment has been received. Our orders are normally packed during the week, and shipped on Thursday or Friday. So you should have received your order within 5-10 working days of payment.

How will you ship my order?

We ship cartons of pots by TNT Road Express, either from Adelaide or Perth. All other orders are shipped by Australia Post.

How many seeds per packet?

The number of seeds per packet varies by the type of seed. For instance, there are around 600 seeds in a packet of Basil, and around 20 seeds in a packet of Broad Bean. There are normally enough seeds for a normal household for one season.

Will my seeds go out of date?

The viability of seeds decreases over time, but varies with the type of seed. Generally seeds are good for at least 1 year, but some seeds, like Rocket, last many years.

Do you sell garlic seed?

No, we don't sell garlic seed. Garlic is normally propagated by planting cloves. So you can go to your local organic grocer and purchase a garlic bulb, and split in into cloves and plant straight into the ground - pointy end upright. Garlic cloves should be planted before the winter solstice, but will be OK of they are a bit later.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay by Direct Deposit or PayPal (which accepts credit cards). To pay by direct deposit, our bank account details are: Westpac Bank, BSB 735-621, Account 57-1823, Account name: Craig Simpson. To pay by Paypal go to http://www.paypal.com.au and click "Send Money". Please use the email address "accounts@seed.com.au" as the recipient.
